NW Cup #1

Last weekend was the first round of the Northwest Cup at Port Angeles, Washingon. The track is always rutty and amazing and this weekend we were racing a track that is one of my personal favourites. Pretty good flow all the way down with some good gaps and ruts to keep it fun.

We were lucky enough to get a beauty of an afternoon to travel down there and the ferry ride over there is one of the best with amazing views of the Olympic Mountains.

Saturday morning practice was interesting. I usually have a good crew to practice with but this time it was just me ripping and laughing it up with my fellow Cat I shredders. Its usually hilarious to talk to these guys and hear how drunk they got the night before. Pretty much a contest to see who is the biggest dirtbag racer.

After my race run Sunday, decided it would be fun to do a run through the little dual track where there was a whip off taking place. First run down, busted out a nac nac and ended up sprocket junkin' it but it was all good.
